We accept last-minute orders without penalty. We ask for two-hour lead time to fulfill your order.
Last-minute orders cannot be cancelled or postponed to a later date. Once the order is in our system, it is immediately processed and charged.

B.T.S. /Bagel to Sandwiches Catering has a strict no-day-of cancellation policy. In the event you’re your meeting or event has been cancelled, we must be notified within 1-2 hours of the scheduled delivery time to reroute your order whether it goes to the order person or a charity/organization of your choice, customers are 100% responsible for the full charge. This includes postponing the order.
